    Can anyone tell me how to copy to a VCR without losing loads of quality?

    Depends on whether your just transfering to VHS or cutting on VHS. If poss try to use SVHS and SCART leads, these will cut down the picture and sound quality loss. However when cutting from VCR to VCR there is no way of stopping any quality loss. Sorry.
